The hotel is conveniently located just off Lygon St, where you can find fantastic Italian restaurants for a delicious meal. it is within walking distance to Nova cinema and the local post office, making it convenient for entertainment and errands. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating, offering assistance with laundry and providing excellent service.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was not worth the price, as it lacked special or unique options compared to cheaper and nicer breakfast options available in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - right in the heart of Melbourne's famous Italian Restaurant district, just off Lygon Street. It was in a quiet area, but still close enough to all the action. The surrounding Italian area was simply charming, with a wide selection of excellent restaurants to choose from. I thoroughly enjoyed dining out and exploring the local culinary scene. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The manager even allowed me to have a late check-out, which I greatly appreciated. Their understanding of customer service and willingness to assist made me feel extremely valued as a guest.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and bright rooms. The comfortable beds and soft pillows made our stay extra cozy. The location was superb, with various restaurants and bars within walking distance. We also appreciated the hotel's proximity to the city center and easy access to transportation.
